Mental Health Awareness Week

This year’s mental awareness week is slated for 13th – 19th of May. To this effect, Heartrose Care Foundation will be hosting an online seminar tagged ‘Body Image’.

The seminar will feature three speakers:

1. Ndi-ziza Senewo
Ndi-ziza Senewo, A dance and wellness coach. An instructor at ziza dance and fitness company, a convener of Total Heart Health forum, partner in Yanayi healthy food house. She has a passion for Dance and natural wellness, that is using all that God has blessed humanity with to keep humanity. This drive has lead her into lots of research and now she is very sure and convinced by experience that nature is the way to go.
She will be sharing on ‘Taking care of your body ‘eating Right ” (The total heart health approach). On Thursday, 16th of May 2019.

2. Mrs. Mojisola Atere
Mrs. Atere is a counselor with Mountain of Fire Ministries, Headquarters Branch. She has been a counselor for over a decade now. She has a passion for singles & married. She has mentored single sisters that are now respected women in their homes. Also, a businesswoman owns a creche after retiring from PHCN. She is married with children.

She will be sharing on Your body:” Is it God’s temple or devil’s toys”? On Friday, 17th of May,2019.

3. Mrs. Esther Oyebola Adekoya
Mrs. Esther Oyebola Adekoya is a gifted writer, dramatist, film producer, poet, a minister of God, Emotional Health Therapist, a Counsellor and a Social Sector Manager. She writes under the auspices of Heartrose Series and the author of the following bestsellers which is under Lagos State curriculum They are: For How Long, Make it Soon, The Betrothal, Precarious Fate, Isabella’s Testimony, For the Wrong Reason, Scar, etc Healing for your Depression, Healing for Your Negative Emotions and FEEL, THINK AND LIVE WELL manual.
Her inspirational writings bring emotional health to the depressed he and sexual health and probity. She is the president of Heartrose Care Foundation, a registered Initiative with CAC.

She works in collaboration with the Education Committee and Community Outreach of Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba Lagos, Nigeria. Esther O Adekoya is married with children.

She will be sharing on feeling well and thinking well. On Saturday, 18th of May, 2019.
